Privacy

What PromoStudio stores, why it is needed, and the controls available to you during the invitation-only beta.

Information we handle

We store your sign-in email, profile preferences, brand briefs, campaign copy, schedules, uploaded media, campaign links, approval history, publishing logs, and campaign analytics. When you connect X, encrypted access and refresh tokens are stored so approved posts can be published.

How information is used

Information is used only to create, approve, schedule, publish, monitor, and support your campaigns. Brief content may be sent to OpenAI for draft generation. GIF search terms are sent to GIPHY. Approved posts and media are sent to X.

Sharing and safeguards

We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive only the information needed to operate their part of the product. Social tokens and campaign media are kept server-side, user access is isolated, and operational errors are redacted before monitoring.

Your controls

You can disconnect X, export your PromoStudio data, or permanently delete your account from Profile. Deletion removes campaign records and stored media; some security or legal records may be retained only where required.
