Before a launch

Run campaign preflight, resolve every blocking item, and arrange first-campaign review at least 24 hours before launch. Include the campaign name and planned posting window in your message.

During a live campaign

Pause the campaign first if a post is delayed, failed, unexpected, or marked delivery unknown. Do not manually retry an uncertain post. Contact support so the recent X timeline can be reconciled safely.
